CORRAL at Mission Triangle’s Shark Tank

Walter Magazine recently highlighted CORRAL’s attendance at Mission Triangle’s Shark Tank.

On March 26th, CORRAL Riding Academy was honored to participate in Mission Triangle’s annual Shark Tank event. This was an evening that brought together over 300 community members passionate about supporting local nonprofits. Alongside Academy31 and Safe Families for Children, CORRAL had the incredible opportunity to share our mission: empowering young girls through equine therapy and academic support to gain access to a bright future.

Lauren Clements, Dr. Nneka George, and Christina Lashley took the stage to share powerful stories of CORRAL’s impact and the lives being transformed through our work.

Thanks to the generosity of attendees, $110,000 was raised that evening to support all three organizations. We’re thrilled to share that $50,000 of that has already been committed toward our $68,000 goal. This will directly support the continued development of our Raleigh farm campus. Even more exciting—over 60 individuals were inspired to volunteer their time, helping us expand our impact in the local community.

We’re deeply grateful to Mission Triangle for creating a space where nonprofits like ours can shine. Also, thank you to everyone who has supported our mission through giving, volunteering, and sharing our story. If you missed the event, you can still check out the video from the night and join us in reaching our goal!
