Buddy started his life in Louisiana, bred with the intention of becoming a racehorse. His racing career was short. He ran in three races, placing 2nd once and 3rd twice. At some point, an injury to his pelvis ended Buddy’s racing career. Rescued by Second Chance Stables, Buddy came to CORRAL alongside another horse (Lucky).
Buddy is a curious and friendly guy who enjoys sunbathing and spending time with people. He is particularly close with another horse at the Raleigh farm (he and Cap groom each other multiple times a day)!
