the ripple effect of ALL IN: fostering healing for an entire family

Life-change in progress

Sisters Giselle and Jaciely came to CORRAL with years of untreated trauma, failing in school, and being raised by their grandmother and father. Dad had been previously incarcerated, involved with drugs, and experienced periods of homelessness. Ultimately, he was unable to act as the father figure they needed.

Since joining our program, the girls have made incredible progress. Giselle went from failing all of her core classes to all A’s and B’s thanks to her acceptance of tutoring support from Miss Marissa, one of our dedicated volunteers and youth advocates. Before this, Giselle sought shortcuts for her schoolwork and responsibilities. Through coaching and mentorship, she has learned to slow down, read, and pay attention to comprehend the task at hand and complete it. Meanwhile, the girls’ father is growing into his role as the primary parent and helping the girls move forward using a growth mindset.

Your ALL IN means You. Us. Our girls. And their families.

Your support has made success stories like this possible for over 523 girls just like Giselle and Jaciely since CORRAL was founded 15 years ago. This giving season, we proudly reaffirm our unwavering commitment with plans for an additional farm, five new horses, and 130 more girls to our program in 2024. And we can’t do it without you by our side in solidarity, helping us provide the life-changing work required to help them become healthy, functioning adults.

This holiday season, all recurring donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar. Your monthly donation of $25 helps girls like Giselle and Jaciely feed a horse companion for a month, or even a one-time gift of $134 makes a big impact by providing specialized tutoring by experts like the education professionals at CORRAL.

We thank you for being ALL IN with us!
