A Mindfulness Series with CORRAL – May 20th
A Mindfulness Series with CORRAL Equine-assisted psychotherapy is one of CORRAL Riding Academy's five-pillar approaches to holistic healing & transformation for girls in high-risk situations. With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to create a free, weekly mindfulness series for our community at large.
