A Mindfulness Series with CORRAL – May 13th

A Mindfulness Series with CORRAL With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to create a free, weekly mindfulness series for our community at large. This series includes yoga, meditation, breath work, body scans, and emotional identification and will be taught by certified instructors and therapists in the Triangle.
